Whether you are actively searching for a new role or just interested in learning about potential opportunities, the Candidate Board (formerly the Professional Profile Board) enables you to easily and securely share your interests and experience with alumni and approved recruiters looking for McKinsey talent to fill roles at their organizations.
How it works
The Candidate Board is integrated with the Job Board. As alumni and approved recruiters place approved roles on the Job Board, they automatically receive access to the Candidate Board, where they can search for interested alumni who might be a good fit. The same process applies for all role types: full-time, part-time, project-based, and board roles.Getting Started
Signing up is quick and easy. First, navigate to your profile through the dropdown in the upper-right corner of the page. You will see a link to edit your Candidate Board status at the bottom of your profile business card on the left side of the Profile page. Click the link and fill out the information in the modal, including privacy settings (or simply click here to be taken to your profile).
